He is survived by: his daughter Dadra Meadows (Craig); his former wife Toya Stevens; his son Jody Stevens (Wendy); his grandchildren, Allexis McGee (Jesse), Makenzi Martin (Ethan), Madyson Meadows, Zach Guede, Haven Meadows, Dane Hazle, Kyle Faraizl and Cheyanne Taber (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Finleigh Martin, Laityn Martin, Presley Guede, Gracelynn McGee, Creek Taber and Callen Taber; his siblings, Kay Lackey (Jackey), Bertha Parham (Carroll) and Charles "Buddy" Stevens (Beverly); and his sister-in-law Kathy Stevens.
