She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Poteet and Bonnie Poteet (Gatlin); and her husband Kenneth Cox (Ronnie Wynn). She is survived by: her former husband Ronnie Wynn; her children, Rhonda Dowling, Amy Quisenberry (Brad), Tammy Cox and Ronnie Wynn II (Amy); her grandchildren, Lane Dowling, Jarod Dowling, Morgan Quisenberry, Cooper Quisenberry, Maddie Wynn, Garret Wynn, Austin Barna and Riley Webber; her siblings, Shirley Williams (Johnny), Vicki Nichols (Nick), Don Poteet and Tommie Poteet; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Cox (Lee) and Dolores Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Patsy's honor to Sand Flat Baptist Church Life Center.
