She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar Sumpter and Lottie Douglas Ferguson Sumpter; her husband Olen Shue, Sr.; her sons, Larry Shue and Glenn Shue; her son-in-law Robert Eugene Dawkins; her grandsons, Robert Eugene Dawkins, Jr., Joshua Glenn Romero and Shon August Dawkins; and her siblings, J. A. Sumpter, Bill Sumpter, Marvin Sumpter, Oscar Sumpter, Roy Sumpter, Aloma Sumpter Gibson, Marie Sumpter Spears and Mollie Sumpter Yeager.
She is survived by: her children, Pug, LaVerne and Olen Ernest Shue, Jr. (Theresa); her daughter-in-law Dora Jeanette Miller Shue; her daughters, Patricia Ann Shue Dawkins and Pamela Renee Shue Giffert (Chris); her grandchildren, Hal Woods (Brandy), Noland Glenn Shue, Jr. (Sheila), Billy Preston Shue (Katie), Kimberly D'Ann Shue Hoffman (Marc), Tina Ann Dawkins Nolen (Eddie), Andrea Lynn Shue Monk (Ty), Haley Woods, Alisha Beth Shue Clark (Kyle), Jennifer Jeanette Shue Wagne (Kyle), Amber Rachelle Sanders Bateman (Scooter) and Ashton Dawn Sanders (Ryan Johnson); and her sister Jeanette Sumpter Robertson (Marvin). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
