She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Wise and Robbie Wise; her husband J. D. Stevens; and her siblings, James Wise, George Wise, Francis Mitchell, JoAnne Gahn and Bobbie Jean Harding.

She is survived by: her children, Mark and Rusty.
