He is survived by: his sisters, Marlene Ethridge (Marlin) and Sandra Hurn (Richard); and his nieces, Michelle Ethridge, Stacy Pintler, Melissa Ethridge and Marquis Cantrell. He is also survived by his nine great nieces and nephews, as well as six great great nieces and nephews.
