She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Franklin and Johnnie Margaret Bush (Nichols); her spouse Thadeous Ray Martindale; her brother Uriah Eugene Bush; her granddaughter Raylene Margaret Russell; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Bush and Patsy Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Thadeous Ray Martindale, Jr. (Rita) of Memphis, Johnnie Bertha Martindale of Walnut Springs, Sharan Jo Lackey (Doug) of Covington, Terri Leah Martindale of Grandview, Patsy LaVerne Cooper (Gary) of Covington and Roy Eugene Martindale (Chelsea) of Woodbury, Texas; and her siblings, Marion Bush (Marilyn) of Joshua, Odie Franklin Bush, Jr. of Godley and Mackie Jo Hancock of Whitney, Texas. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
