He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook (Price); his children, Angela Bright (Jaime) and Shaun Cook; his granddaughters, Madison Frey, Rhylee Rector and Taylor Rector; his close friend Daniel Prater; his stepgrandchildren, Marissa Bright, Tristan Bright, Hayden Bright and Haylee Grace Bright; his sister-in-law Vicky Johnson; his nephew Jeremiah Johnson; and his niece Heather Johnson. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
