He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wylie and Edna Ethel Willis Bell; his wife Jo Ann Gibson Bell; and his siblings, Tommy Bell, Dan Bell, Dee Wright Bell, Doris Hass, Melba Adair, Mozelle Parmer and Wanda Bell. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
