As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell Parker and Maybell Nicholson Parker; her husband William Eugene Lee; her daughter Judy Rippard; and her great grandchild Jimmy Greer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Copeland (Jimmy) of Blue Mound and Brenda Long (Bryan) of Grandview; and her sister Mary Tillman of Garland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Bartley Funeral Home (1015 W Wolfe St, Grand Saline, TX 75140). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
