He is survived by: his friend Sam Morgan of Grand Saline; his children, Raymond Rowe (Evelyn) of Grand Saline, Richard Rowe (Tammy) of Sulphur Springs, James Rowe (Rulayne) of Ft. Worth, Patricia Brittain of Grand Saline and Vicky Henderson of Texarkana; and his siblings, Kenneth Rowe of Longview, Norma Hammond of Ore City and Barbara Mason of Longview. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
