He was predeceased by: his wife Sondra Garner; and his father Gene Garner. He is survived by: his mother Vera Garner of Edgewood, TX; his brother Garland Garner (Megan) of Edgewood, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Capps, Rachel Cox, Paige Pickrell, Xavier Land, Zachary Pickrell (Casey) and Malaki Pickrell (Kimberly). He is also survived by sixteen great nieces and nephews.
