She was predeceased by: her parents, John Percy Wise and Willie Louis McCormack Armstrong; her brother Charley Wise; and her daughter Tina Marie Langston. She is survived by: her husband William Fowler of Grand Saline; her children, Paul Wheeler (Kristi) of Grand Saline, Larry Eugene Wheeler (Angelia) of Crandall, James Wheeler of Edgewood and Chrystal Teafatiller (Phillip) of Overton; and her brothers, John Wayne Wise (Jo) of Grand Saline, Willie Lee Wise (Ginger) of Grand Saline, Jimmy Lee Wise of Mabank, Henry Lee Wise (Wanda) of Wills Point and Cecil Mark Armstrong (Renee) of Edgewood. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
