He is survived by: his daughter Lana Calder; and his sisters, Jo Ann Ferguson (Darrell), Connie Johnson (Randy Carver) and Penny Teter (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
