He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerral Dickerson and Lettie Steele Dickerson; his wife Nelda Goodson Dickerson; his daughter Bobbie Valdez; and his siblings, J. W. Dickerson, Christine Dickerson Clements and Frances Dickerson Pritchett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cassie Snyder (Bobby) of Grand Saline and Karen Dickerson of Grand Saline; his brothers, Doug Dickerson of Grand Saline and Jerral Dean Dickerson of Grand Saline; his grandchildren, Candice Carney, Callyn Bowen, Kamryn Dickerson-West, Justin Betz and Jared Betz; and his great grandchildren, Claire Carney, Jasen Bowen and Emmett Bowen. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bartley Funeral Home (1015 W Wolfe St, Grand Saline, TX 75140).
