He is survived by: his parents, Osa Dee and Billie Juanice Wheeler Hazel of Fruitvale; his children, Jonathan Smith of Fruitvale and Laura Joslin of Fruitvale; his sister Judy Woodrum (Jimmy) of Fruitvale; and his grandchildren, Garrett Joslin and Smith. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
