He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Stroud and Ruby Mills Stroud. He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Weddle; his wife Pat Stroud of Grand Saline; his daughters, Debra Collins (Russ) of Grand Saline and Kim Petty (Ricky) of Big Sandy; his grandchildren, Mary Ell (Stephen) of Ft. Worth and Austin Petty of Big Sandy; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Sydney and Nina; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Stacy of Fruitvale and Bernice Houck (Dan) of Sheffield. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
