He is survived by: his close friend Penny Allen; and his children, James Wesley Dugan (Rick Allen), Elizabeth Sue Lewis, Rebecca Lynn Csolak and Diana Doggett. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
