He is survived by: his wife Arvina Surber of Dallas; and his children, David Campbell of Dallas, Elaine Campbell of Dallas, Debra Burton of Dallas and Brenda Corgill of Dallas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
