She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette Donnie and Nannie Belle Conley Hewitt; her husband Esthel E. "Bud" Shivers; her daughter Shirley Marie Shivers; and her brothers, William Hewitt, L. D. Hewitt, Leonard Hewitt and Billy Earl Hewitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Glynn Hudson), Nancy Mehnert of Houston and Kathleen (David Bellomy Sr.); and her sister Mildred English of Weatherford. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
