With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David James Lakin (Grand Saline, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lakin and Alvira Lakin. He is survived by: his son David Russell (Kate); his wife Lynda (Grubaugh-McNulty); his daughter Heather Steffen (Dustin); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Brogan, Parker, Brielle, Bowen, Cruz and Leo. He is also survived by numerous friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a candle to be lit in his honor and a prayer to be said for Dave and his family.
