He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harvey and Sarah Hall Fisher; and his sister Betty Bell. He is survived by: his wife Joann Fisher of Grand Saline; his children, Daniel Joe Fisher (Marsha) of Trenton, Jonathan Dale Fisher, Dana Harrison of Grand Saline, Karyn Kay Heath (Phillip) of Flint and Patricia Gail Tomlin (Joel) of Scappose, OR; and his siblings, Bob Fisher (Vi) of Dallas and Cleta Joy Heath of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
