She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Lucy Elizabeth Austin Mixon; her husband Glyndon Countryman; and her siblings, Raymond Mixon, Bobbie Mixon, Hubert Mixon, Florine Sullivan, Gladys Rowe and Jean McLeod.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Countryman of Grand Saline, Kevin Countryman (Misty) of Grand Saline, Connie Bowden (David) of Mineola and Donna Slavens (Buster) of Grand Saline. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
