She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Amerine and Veta Amerine; her husband Jim Potthoff; her children, Donna Latuszek, Joe Potthoff (Dawn) and Brad Potthoff (Eugenia); her sister Mary Hammer; her grandchildren, Laura Moffett, Jill Latuszek, David Latuszek, Melanie Gamble, Melissa Clark, Mary Potthoff and Matthias Potthoff; her great grandchildren, Emily Moffett, Amaya, DeeDee Latuszek, Holly, Clara Gamble and Jackson Clark; her siblings, Ruth Amerine and Clarence Amerine; and her grandson Michael Latuszek. She was also cherished by Grammy, and Gigi to eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
