She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Wilson and Cora Hale; and her grandparents, Banner Wilson, Alice Wilson, Lorenzo Hale and Hannah Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Eugene Cotti; her children, Joshua Lane (Bianca), Benjamin Hoss (Christopher), Lane and Stephanie Taylor (Sean); her grandchildren, Stella Taylor and Sage Taylor; and her siblings, Wyn Wilson (Gayle), Donna Wilson and Jeff Wilson (LaVange).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Toni's name to The WARM Place, or Shelter2Rescue Coalition, an all-volunteer rescue organization dedicated to the safe rehoming of shelter animals.
