She was predeceased by: her parents, Thuc Nguyen and Muoi Thi Huynh; her husband Phuong Dinh Tran; her grandson Rhett Duy Tran; and her son Anh Hoang Tran.
She is survived by: her children, Tuan Dinh Tran (Chinh Cao), Dung Anh Tran, Trong Dinh Tran, Thuy Thanh Tran (Tin Dang), Trang Thanh Tran, Cindy Tran and Thanh Ha Tran Thi (Todd Pitts). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
