He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Marie Payne; and his mother Anicia Santos Payne. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Payne, Paris Payne, Kellie Payne and Kimber Payne; his father Coy Payne; and his siblings, Darlene Payne, Gale Payne (Bethune) and Gary Payne. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
