He is survived by: his parents, Ethel Mulkey of Corsicana, TX and William Mulkey of Corsciana, TX.; his children, Austin Mulkey of Olney, IL and Lacee Mulkey of Olney, IL; his granddaughter Everleigh Ann Thomas; his sisters, Cindy Abel (Gary) of Godley, TX, Diona Mulkey of Grand Prairie, TX and Kim Ogburn (Ronnie Dale) of Corsicana, TX; and his nephew Colton Ogburn of Corsicana, TX. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
