It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Bender of Grand Prairie, Texas, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamilton Benham and Louise Benham. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Bender Jutzi (Michael) and Judith Reaves (John III); her grandchildren, Rebecca Bender Jutzi, Eternity Reaves and Amorrah Reaves; and her sisters, Carolyn Jones (Al), Linda Jordan-Preston and Muqarrabah Miyzaan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate.Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron.Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Parish or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
