He is survived by: his mother-in-law Irma Rey; his children, Bonnie (Mike Schmitz) of Plano, Monica (Frank Elizondo) of Desoto and Ruben Billalba III of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Miranda, Abel Treviso of Grand Prairie, Nick, Sarah Billalba of Lubbock and Sienna Rey Billalba of Norwalk, IA; his great grandchildren, Christian, Jack, Sofia, Adrian, Ava and Daisy Rey Billalba; his siblings, Tommy (Olga Billalba) of Big Spring, Beatrice Billalba Stevens of Lubbock, Mary Lou (Santos Lujan) of Big Spring, Adelina (Albert Correa) of Canyon, Nora (Peter Paul) of Henderson, NV and Delia (Mike Cruz) of Amarillo; his mother-in-law Rosa Rey of Midland; and his siblings-in-law, Alfonso Rey of Austin, Celia (Luis Sosa) of Midland, Danny (Cecilia Rey) of Albuquerque, NM and Melinda Hernandez of Midland.
