He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Terie Sullivan; his siblings, Willie Moore Shankle, Willie Mae Shankle Hollis, Teresa Sullivan Smith, Calvin Sullivan and Milton Sullivan; and his son-in-law Joe Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Arnita Sullivan; his daughters, Rhonda Sullivan Hughes (Robert), Rita Sullivan-Scott and Terri Sullivan Gurley (Patrick); his stepdaughters, Gina Brydson, Sherene Warren and Willena Hitchens; his sisters, Helen Sullivan Alexander and Mary Sullivan; and his granddaughters, Chloe, Megan, Corinne and Emily. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, only immediate family may attend.
