He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Vertnor Davidson, Jr. and Mary Sunshine "Sunny" Davidson (Cudworth); and his grandparents, Ray Vernon, Claudia "Todie" Davidson, Daniel Boyden and Martha Irene Cudworth.
He is survived by: his wife Janell Davidson (Nicholson) of Borger, TX; his daughter Jennifer Janell Davidson; his grandchildren, Quinn Newbern, Delaney, Sadie and Ryder Davidson; his son Rod Vernon Davidson (Paige); his grandchildren, Rhett and Knox Davidson; and his siblings, Claudia Davidson Carroll (Otis) and Kenna Davidson (Dana). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any of the following: The American Kidney Foundation, American Cancer Society, The Order of Kappa Alpha Fraternity or Cooks Children's Hospital of Fort Worth.
