He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Aubrey Goad and Winnie Goad (Taylor); his wife Loretta Sherrin; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Goad, Irene Sherrin, Louise Sherrin, Lavaughn Sherrin, Denton Sherrin, Dewayne Sherrin and Leon Sherrin; his brother Tom Goad of Grand Prairie; his niece Linda Jurca (Kyle); his nephew Don Goad (Teresa); his sister-in-law Tommie Sherrin; and also, Noel Sherrin (Lois), Melvin Sherrin, Jerome Sherrin, Imogene Stout (Herman), Marie McCombs (Gerald) and Virginia Gilbert (Norman). He was also cherished by three great nieces and one great nephew.
