He is survived by: his wife Manuela Rios; his children, Rafael Rios, Juan Rios, Jose Rios, Maria Teresa Rios, Ines Rios, Maricela Rios and Antonia Rios; and his siblings, Mario Rios, Maria Ingracia Rios and Enedina Rios. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild and many other loving family members and friends.
