She is survived by: her mother Joan Mathews; her husband John Wardle; her children, Dustin Underwood, Danial Underwood (Chrystal Brimhall), Crystal Wardle and Courtney Wardle; and her brothers, Jack Geer and David Payne. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
