He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Ricky; his wife Terri Diane Thomason Waller; his parents, Willis Arlon Waller and Wanda Jean Parker Waller; his siblings, David Arlon Waller and Norma Jean Waller; his brother-in-law Larry Wayne Ellison; his sons, Richard'Ricky'Jacob Waller and David Redden Waller; his siblings, Carol Waller Ellison, Donna Waller and William Waller (Sara); his father-in-law James Thomason (Bobbie); his siblings-in-law, James'Jim'Thomason (Sylvia), Crystal Crawford and Malia Ward; his nieces and nephews, Clinton Ellison, Paul Ellison, Parker Waller (Samantha), Jordan Waller (Susanah), Courtney Weekley (Aaron), Sarah Szito (Christopher) and Emily Thomason; and his great-nephew Gideon Waller.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Webb Elementary School in honor of Richard's commitment to education and community service.
