He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oather Rouw and Lucy Daugherty Rouw; his sister Wanda; and his son Jason Scott Rouw. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rouw; his son Darren Wayne Rouw; his sister Ellen Rouw; his aunt Patsy R. Johnson; and his cousin Vicki Aldridge.
