She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolf Garner and Buena Garner; her husband Chuck Peebles; her son-in-law Kerry Pennington; her sisters, Alva Waggoner, Dee Peeler and Ruth Brundrett; and her brother-in-law Calvin Brundrett.
She is survived by: her friends, Jane and Billie; her daughters, Jackie Pennington and Kami (Brian Anderson); her grandchildren, Ashley (Gibb Contreras), Jerod Pennington, Meagan (Gerbrand), Haasbroek and Drew Anderson (Jade); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Cooper, Maddox, Kaydence, Ella, Charley and Landry; and also Ilda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and a large host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all memorial donations be made to: Isaiah 117 House – Dallas County.
