She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Ray Hartman. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Ray Hartman (Cindy Lou) and James "Jim" Kenneth Hartman (Judy Marie); her grandchildren, Kimberlee Shawn Heidmann, Steven Wade Hartman, Krista Beth Herrmann and Bradley Jason Hartman; and her sister-in-law Lou Etta Green of San Angelo, TX. She is also survived by other extended family members and many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made in Mary Beth's name to the American Kidney Foundation.
