She was predeceased by: her mother Maggie McCullough Sr. Linda; her former husband Leon Davis; her father John William McCullough Sr.; her daughters, Misty Parker and Lisa Alexander; and her brother Jerry McCullough.

She is survived by: her husband Lee; her daughter Rashell Lynn Davis; her grandchildren, Austin Davis, Justin Parker and Ty Davis; and her siblings, John McCullough Jr. and Carolyn Forstenworth.
