It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Mae Gatlin in Grand Prairie, Texas, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Henry and Rose Lee Bailey (Carlyle); her daughter Vivian Grooms; and her siblings, Annie Smith, William Bailey, Melvin Bailey and Walter Bailey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rosa Ruby of Krum and Louise Barron of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Terry Forrest of Sanger and Samantha Garza of Grand Prairie; her great grandchildren, Apryl Forrest, Madelyn Garza and Emerson Garza; and her pet Charlie.
