It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Beth Barham Young (Grand Prairie, Texas), born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Whorton Barham; her siblings, Amy "Crickett" Barham and William Lyle Barham, Jr.; her grandparents, Paul Barham, Mildred Crabtree Barham and Joseph Titus Whorton; her father-in-law Milton Young; and her uncle Teddy Whorton.

She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Young; her father William Lyle Barham; her stepmother Becky Barham; her grandmother Leora Keel Whorton; her stepchildren, Mallori Green (Brayden), Montrel Young and Makajaisha Young; her stepgrandchildren, Braxton Green and Dreystian Young; her half-sisters, Cynthia Shea Barham Hart (Dan) and Hunterland Garnier; her stepsiblings, Timmy Adams and Tisha Whitsett; her aunts, Susan Whorton Nickelson (Nathan), Paulette Barham Carver (Patrick) and Brenda Whorton Keel; her uncle Jerry Whorton (Sandy); her mother-in-law Darlene Williams; her sister-in-law Maura Daniels (Pierre); her niece Travacia Tinner; her nephews, Tony Morelli (Bree) and Christopher Clark (Tabitha); and also Gary Williams. She is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
