With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Benton (Grand Prairie, Texas), who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parents, Alton Howard and Corrine Roe; her brother Ronald; and her daughter Kimberly.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Red (Michael), Jerry Christison (Ramona), James MacAvoy (Dawn) and Tammie Martin (Joe); her grandchildren, Justin Red, Joshua Red, Alexa Red, Jeffrey Fattig, Kaytlin Fattig, Kieran Christison, McKenna Christison, Sean MacAvoy, Melanie MacAvoy, Adeline MacAvoy, Emma MacAvoy and Steven Martin; her great grandchildren, Josilyn, Jazlynn, Zayyden, Raven, Kairi and Noah; and her siblings, Howard Hagar and Gwen Antwine (Clyde). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
