She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Bratton Pack and Martha Francis Vaughn Pack; her siblings, James F. Pack, John Spencer Pack, Jess Ottis Pack, Delbert Mooton Pack, Earl Eugene Pack, Marybell Williams Caywood, Therma Louise Williams Jacobson and Lucy Pearline Pack; her son-in-law Thomas Martin Smith; and her great grandchild Maximus Zavier Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Wilma Nell Willey; her daughter Emlon Juanell "Nell" Brandt Smith (Smith); her stepdaughter Paula Sebastian; her grandchildren, Bryan Smith (Joy), Damon Barker (Patti), Denise Smith (Donna Porter) and Lisa Sebastian (Adrian Gallerdo); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, AJ Smith, Vance Barker, Ethan Gallerdo, Evan Gallerdo, Heather Smith and Hannah Barker. She is also survived by many other extended family members and countless friends.
