He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cook and Mary Cook (Kirby). He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Christopher Cook, Courtney (Abran Chavera) and Corey Cook; his grandchildren, Alicia, Dylan, Alayna, Kyleigh, Adan and Cayden; and his siblings, Sandra Bell (Steve), Mary Cook, Nancy Frank (John), Vincent Cook (Annette) and Steve Cook (Fran). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and other relatives.
