He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lopez; his children, Yarely Tovias (Antonio Ledesma), Yaneth Tovias, Jose Tovias (Monica Tovias), Alexis Cobian and Joshua Tovias; his siblings, Marisa Antonia Garcia, Laura Elena Tovias, Juan Carlos Tovias and Jorge Tovias; and his grandchildren, Aliana Marie Tovias, Alexa Cobian, Francisco Javier DeLaCruz, Rodrigo Tovias, Foylan Armando Tovias and Yanery Lopez Tovias.
