He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank V. Moline and Angela M. Moline; his former wife Janice E. Moline; and his sister Anna Molina. He is survived by: his wife Faye Moline; his children, Lisa Moline Bohrer, Angela Moline Hack-Davis (Randy), John H. Moline, Jr. (June), Serena Carr (David) and Frank Angell (Cecilia); his grandchildren, Clark Bohrer, John H. Moline, III, Stephen Moline (Whitney), Michael Moline, Caroline Bohrer, Peyton Hack (Maverick Keigher), Sarah Hack (Nicholas Horridge), Alexa Davis, Bailee Moore (Brandon), Sydney Davis, Chris Carr (Alex), Nick Carr, Nicole Angell and Kaley Angell; his great grandchildren, Skyler Parker, Kyle Carr and Kayleigh Carr; and his sisters, Carol McManis (Bob), Mary Jo Stribling and Jeanne Keester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
