He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Eugene Worthen and Lucille Winfrey Worthen; and his sisters, Barbara Stubblefield and Lugene Worthen. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Swaner Worthen; his son Randy Worthen (Kristi) of Arlington; his brother Winston Worthen (Elaine) of Pflugerville; and his grandson Mason Worthen.
