He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crisp and Ida Mae Crisp of Pocahontas; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his spouse Louanne Deal of Stillwater; his children, Beth of Lafayette, LA, Phillip (Mary) of The Woodlands, TX and John (Laurie) of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Joshua, Dylan, Madison, Hayden, Meredith and Ross; and his sister Helen Fisher of Bristol, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
