He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Smith and Golda Jean Smith (Hamby). He is survived by: his brother Mark Adrian Smith (Debra Kay Smith); his uncle Gary Smith; and his aunt Martha Jane Smith. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
