He is survived by: his children, Aaron Gutierrez, Teresa Moreles, Sylvia Gutierrez and Dominique Gonzalez; and his siblings, Guadalupe Gutierrez, Simon Gutierrez, Eden Gutierrez, Petra Gutierrez, Maria A. Gutierrez Montoya, Hermelinda Gonzalez, Maria Eva Gutierrez and Vianey Gutierrez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
